We received good news at UCSF today. All is well with Rosalie. I may have had a minor panic attack waiting for the results. But one of the lovely nurses, Amy, talked me though and Rosalie was fine the whole time.
Next medical issue to address: growth hormone.
Having received radiation to the brain we are almost certain her body is not producing enough growth hormone. She will go through her stimulation next week so we can see exactly what is going on. From there she will most likely need to take growth hormone injections daily.
In the meantime, we are just so thankful for good news. Every day is a blessing.
