A Return to Normalcy

If we haven't posted for a while, it is because we are busy doing normal things! Tim, Gillian, Graham, Ellie, and Luke came to visit for Thanksgiving and that was the beginning of a host of "firsts" for Rosalie. She went to her first party post-surgery, our friend James and Kathryn's annual Turducken Party. She went on outings with her cousins like going to see Jennifer's horse, eating dim-sum (first time eating in a restaurant post-surgery), and visiting Muir Woods. This is not to mention the fact that Rosalie and Susannah both loved being able to play all day with their older cousins.

Last night we took the girls to the Russian River for a mini, spur of the moment "vacation." It was fun to stay in a cabin and have a night away. We are savoring this time in between radiation and Rosalie's return to chemotherapy.
