Lourdes, France (Reuters) September has been declared Rosalie Reibel Month at the world-renowned shrine to Our Lady of Lourdes. "On Sept. 4 the Nantucket Chapter of the RRR Fan Club held a quiet and surreptitious ceremony at the Grotto during which a Rosie "We Can Do It" lapel pin was placed in a permanent position facing the Grotto" reported J. Squigley Squigle, NCRRRFC executive director. "There's been tremendous demand for Rosie related events," Squigle said "I just don't know if we can be everywhere." Unnamed sources have reported that Assisi, the home of St. Francis, the patron saint of all San Franciscans, is in the running for the final Rosie event of 2008. "We have no comment on Assisi but I will certainly confirm that the competition for Rosie events can only be compared to the competition for hosting the Olympics. She's fabulous!" Squigle said in closing.
