Well, it hasn't been exactly 48 hours. But Rosalie's neutrophils are on the rise, she is no longer technically neutropenic, and her cultures are negative thus far - so they are going to let us go home.
Right now she is getting a hemoglobin transfusion. Her cheeks are already pink again.
